Shipping Time & Free Global Shipping

Delivery takes 7–15 business days after order placement, depending on item size and your local postal service conditions. We offer FREE worldwide shipping with a valid tracking number provided for every order. While international delivery may occasionally take longer, it is reliable and fully trackable.

Lost Parcel Policy & Guarantee

We will only classify a parcel as “lost or undelivered” after 25 full business days from shipment. In our experience, nearly all packages arrive safely. If your item does not arrive within this guaranteed period, we will reship it for free or issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Multi-Item Split Shipments

When you purchase multiple items, we may ship them separately. Rest assured, your entire order will arrive in full, and each package will have its own tracking number available on your order page.

Liability & Important Reminders

We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail after the package is marked as delivered. Please confirm your shipping address is correct and avoid moving during the delivery window. If you have concerns about your local postal service, please purchase at your own discretion. In rare cases where a shipment is truly lost, our reshipment or refund guarantee will cover you.
