Return & Delivery Policy
Myitabag (“we”, “us”) operates the official website at https://www.myitabag.com (“Website”). Placing an order on our platform means you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These policies are designed to protect both our customers and our business, while ensuring a clear and reliable shopping experience for all itabag and accessory buyers.
Returns & Refunds
Change of Mind Returns
myitabag accepts returns for change of mind or personal preference. To qualify, you must submit a return request within 30 calendar days after receiving your order. All returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in 100% resalable condition with all tags and accessories attached.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Customers are also required to arrange and pay for their own return shipment.
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. We will send a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
Warranty & Defective Items
We honor all valid warranty claims for manufacturing defects or damaged items received. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
If a return is required, customers will be responsible for return shipping fees. However, we may waive the physical return if you provide sufficient proof, including clear photos of the defect, original packaging, barcode, and shipping label.
Once we receive the returned items or approve your evidence, we will process your warranty claim within 7 business days. If your claim is confirmed, you may choose:
- (a) A full refund to your original payment method
- (b) A replacement item (subject to stock availability)
Order Cancellations
We allow order cancellations within 24 hours of purchase, as long as your order has not yet entered the fulfillment or shipping process. Once your order is dispatched, we can no longer cancel or modify it.
Delivery & Shipping Terms
International Shipping Times
International orders generally take 10–30 business days in transit, depending on your location and local customs processing. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, we will investigate with our shipping partners.
If your package has not been delivered after 60 days from the shipping date, you will qualify for a full refund.
Order Processing & Dispatch Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays. We will minimize delays during holiday periods.
Delivery Address Changes
You may request changes to your delivery address within 1 hour of placing your order. After this window, we cannot guarantee address modifications.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
We can ship to military addresses via USPS only. Courier services are unavailable for these locations.
Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, we will ship available items first and send remaining items once restocked. We may also offer alternative replacements or partial refunds based on your preference and inventory.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that tracking systems may take 3–10 days to update fully after shipping.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your package arrives damaged, please keep all original packaging and take clear photos of the damage. Contact our support team immediately for assistance.
All shipments are insured against loss or damage. Refunds or replacements will be processed after the shipping carrier completes its investigation.
