1.  Take the insert out of the bag.

2.  Arrange and pin your badges, enamel pins, or acrylic charms perfectly flat onto the insert.

3.  Slide the completed insert back into the transparent PVC window sleeve.

○ Rest of the World: 14 – 35 business days

Note: Shipping durations are calculated in business days (Monday–Friday) and do not include public holidays.

A: Absolutely. Every order includes tracking. Once your package leaves our warehouse (usually within 3 to 7 working days), a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking code and tracking link will be automatically sent to you.

● UK & Most European Countries: Great news! We handle customs fees in advance for you, so your orders should arrive with no additional charges. (Exceptions apply to Slovakia, Slovenia, Luxembourg, Austria, and a few others where local customs may randomly collect fees).

● Other International Countries: Your package may be subject to local tariffs, duties, or value-added tax (VAT) depending on your government's policies. These fees are not covered in our pricing and are the responsibility of the customer.
